The above fees are for Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. A minimum additional fee of $35.00 will be charged for other counties. 

We prefer all appraisals be paid at time of inspection by Cash, Check, or Visa / MasterCard. All non-collected invoices are billed to the originator and are due uppon receipt (net 30 days).

All appraisal reports comply with the latest FNMA, FHLMC, FHLBB, Appraisal Institute Uniform Standards and Professional Appraisal Practice and FIERRA requirements.
